About the Position

The Home and Community Based Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to remain in their own home.
• Reports observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager, and notifies them immediately if any incidents or accidents occur.
• Drives safely and complies with traffic regulations.
• Provides or assists clients with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, denture care, nail care, skin care, and transfer assistance.
• Desired Experience and Skills:
• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
