Looking for clothing designer familiar with maternity wear

I am wanting to create a breastfeeding shirt that is similar to others on the market but my design will stand out due to the amount of coverage so mothers feel comfortable breast feeding in public. Will need double layer in the shirt. 2nd layer will need a strategically designed small hole that the nipple & areola can be put into to latch baby while also having the rest of the areola and cleavage completely covered.
