Exact Search UK Limited is seeking a skilled Commercial Boys Wear Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating commercial boys wear designs, working closely with the design team, and managing the design room. Key responsibilities include:
• Designing commercial boys wear ranges and collaborating with the design team to create key elements such as trend updates in design meetings;
• Sourcing new fabrics, trims, silhouettes, and details for the design team;
• Preparing for meetings and managing the design room;
• Attending meetings/design presentations and tracking new developments with the factory.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in fashion design/textiles and relevant experience, be passionate about design with a good eye for jersey product, and have strong organisational skills. Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
