About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Fashion Designer with prior experience in RTW design for contemporary women's fashion brands. As a leader in our Women's Ready-to-Wear team, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior designers, fostering growth and development within the team.
Requirements
• Prior experience in RTW design for contemporary women's fashion brands is essential.
• Proven leadership experience and team management skills, with a track record of building strong partnerships and achieving financial objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent, with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong sketching and design abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for contemporary women's fashion.
