Financial Accountant Specialist

Job Summary

As a Staff Accountant at Salcomp Manufacturing USA, you will play a key role in supporting the accounting team in various activities, including General Ledger Maintenance, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Process Improvement. Responsibilities:
• Perform month-end close and year-end close processes to ensure accurate financial records.
• Review payment applications and submit bank payments in a timely manner.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts using SAP software.
• Prepare and maintain accurate bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity.
• Maintain accounts for fixed asset management and construction in process.
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.
• Assist with annual financial audit by preparing schedules and any supporting documentation required by auditors.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is necessary.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, such as SAP and Oracle HFM, is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is required.
• A strong work ethic and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
