We are seeking a talented Freelance Writer to join our team at Outlier. As a Freelance Writer, you will play a crucial role in helping us improve our AI models by providing high-quality human feedback.

About the opportunity:
• This is a remote freelance opportunity with flexible hours, allowing you to work from anywhere and manage your schedule effectively.

Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for reading and ranking responses produced by an AI model, as well as writing short stories and assessing text accuracy.

Requirements:
• Familiarity with French language and culture
• Experience in professional writing or translation (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.)
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing

Compensation:
• Our pay rates for core project work average $25 per hour, with potential for higher rates based on expertise, skills assessment, and project need
