Taylor Higson is currently seeking a highly skilled Finishing Operations Technician to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery and equipment, including Polar Guillotines, Stahl Folders, Muller & Heidelberg Stitching Lines, multi-mailers and gluers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating and maintaining complex machinery, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency in the production process. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, and contributing to team targets.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a Print Finisher, with a strong understanding of machinery operation and maintenance. You must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
