Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Instructional Guidance: Offer guidance and support to students, teachers, and staff, promoting academic excellence and success.
• Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters effective teaching and learning.
• Develop and Implement Lesson Plans: Design and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of students, promoting academic growth and development.
• Monitor and Evaluate Student Progress: Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, utilizing data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with school administration, parents, and students regarding student progress and issues.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work collaboratively with school administrators, colleagues, and support staff to create a productive and positive school climate.
• Lead by Example: Demonstrate high personal standards and behavior, serving as a positive influence on students and staff.
• Stay Current with Best Practices: Stay current with best practices in education, attending professional development opportunities and staying updated on educational research and trends.
• Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and academic progress.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with school and state regulations, including administrative tasks such as test administration.
• Promote School Pride: Demonstrate commitment to the school system and promote school pride by upholding School Board policies and regulations.
Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
