What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience as a CEO or similar leadership role.
• Strongly Preferred Background:
• Experience with B2B Enterprise Software solutions
• Experience with SAP-related solutions
• Proven ability to scale smaller-sized startups
• Startup founding experience is a plus
• Securing external funding, including venture capital (VC) investments, to support startup growth and scaling is a plus
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and performance management.
• Familiarity with diverse business areas (marketing, PR, finance).
• Expertise in corporate governance and management best practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
