Vendor Management Consultant

Client: Healthcare

Location: Remote

Length: 6+ month Assignment (Must be comfortable working EST business hours.)

Pay: $35 - $40/hour W2 (No Corp-to-Corp)

Team: Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC)

Day-to-Day: Analyst will be responsible for Vendor Impact Assessments, Categorizing Vendors, and supporting Business Continuity Planning.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct Vendor Impact Assessments (VIAs) and baseline all vendors.
• Categorize vendors in preparation for impact assessments.
• Develop and implement processes for vendor impact assessments.
• Utilize ServiceNow to manage and analyze vendor data.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of business continuity plans.
• Transition business continuity planning tasks to the new team.
• Assist in contract reviews and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide analysis and organizational support to the business.
• Participate in the process assessment build-out for onboarding new companies.
• Tier and stratify vendors based on impact assessments.
• Maintain processes post-implementation.
• Process through 600 contracts to categorize which need work and which don't.
• Develop the impact assessment and other necessary steps.

Previous Healthcare and ServiceNow experience highly preferred!
