Data Integration Lead

Description
• 10+ Years of Data architecting & integration experience.
• 8+ years of hands on data modeling experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience on ETL, Job Scheduling, Data integration.
• 3-5 years of experience of independently leading and mentoring team of 4-5 resources
• Python, Shell, PL/SQL scripting hands-on experience related to file handling and processing including clean up activities
• Understanding on clinical trials domain.
• Person with knowledge of EDC, CTMS, IRT, Central LAB, ePRO, eCOA systems
• Should have knowledge around functional usage of the data elements managed in above mentioned systems
• Should be able to comprehend the job and data flow in enterprise systems.
• Service excellence oriented with analytical and problem solving capabilities
• Manage the Data Integration activities for a global project following internal guidelines
• Responsible for day-to-day work, process flows and constantly endeavoring to be able to lead by example
• Ensure adherence to Saama and Client SOPs
• Provide guidance and coordinate programming activities on the assigned activities so as to yield timely and high quality output
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with primary contacts for implementation teams for data integration related activities to ensure satisfactory progress of project work and timely resolution of issues
• Have Product functional and Technical Knowledge
• Work with Data Integration Lead to define integration plan with timeline, estimates and help identify resourcing needs
• Problem Solving and Analytics skills to investigate and triage data integration issues while closely working with DevOps and Product Engineering teams
