Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Business Analyst at Magneto IT Solutions in Ahmedabad. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and improving customer acquisition and retention practices within digital commerce businesses on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:
• Must have 5+ years in Business Analysis with IT services.
• Must have work for Magneto, Shopify, Adobe Commerce, etc. e-commerce platforms.
• Able to create required diagrams using Creatly software.
• Able to create rough wireframes by understanding requirements.
• Get the SOW from the client clarified.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Should have some technical knowledge and be able to explain the scenario to the tech team.
• Knowledge about the E-Commerce industry and Ecommerce projects is required.
• Candidate must have handled Shopify, Magento, or any other Ecommerce framework projects.
• Must have done solutioning the Ecommerce project.
