PRESSROOM HELPER

PART TIME

The Morning Journal, located in Lisbon, OH has an immediate need for a reliable individual for our Pressroom Helper position.

Essential Job Functions Include
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of the presses according to requirements, ensuring maximum productivity and quality control.
• Transfer printed paper materials from press conveyor and stack on carts.
• Wash up ink rollers and removes used plates.
• Assists in cleaning up and keep immediate work area neat and orderly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

Physical demands of this position include extensive standing, walking, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to lift and/or carry 50 lbs.

The individual selected will be a valued member to our daily print operations in our state-of-the-art facility. Must have the ability to work part of a team, effectively and respectfully communicate, both verbally and in written form. High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Hours

3 daytime shifts, 8am to 4pm. Some flexibility may be necessary.

$12.50 hour
