Qualification: Graduate (Any Field)

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs exp working for US Process

Location: Work From Home.

System Requirement: A Laptop/PC with min of 8GB RAM. Processor i5 or above

Good Broadband Connection with good speed.

Having a Power Back up will be an added advantage.

Job Profile:

Handle incoming calls from the patients for Appointment Booking, Rescheduling and Cancelling.
Handle General queries from patients regarding the appointment.
Make outbound calls to patients and Book them for appointments.
Handle Day to Day Backoffice and Admin Work like Insurance Posting. Claim Submission, Insurance Eligibility Verification.
Candidate Profile:

Should have excellent communication (Written and Verbal) in English.
A minimum exp of 6 months working for a US Process.
Work Experience in Medical Billing or Medical Appointment Setting Process will be preferred.
Should be ready to work in Continuous US Shift.
Should be ready to work at Weekends. (Off will be provided during the weekdays)
Should be computer proficient. Prior experience using systems like Slack, Excel. Google Drive, Google Sheet, Gmeet etc.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
