Job Summary

Job Purpose
Provide instructional support and assistance to teachers and other certificated personnel. The main objective of the Teacher Assistant position is to build a career path through work experience and place candidates in the best position to become the future of LAUSD educators.

Responsible to
An assigned teacher or other certificated personnel and school principal or designated administrator in charge. Positions are subject to review for renewal on an annual basis.
