Job Description: Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Narhe, Pune

Experience: 1-2 years

Qualification: BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Compensation: 2.4- 3.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:
• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed engineering specifications and documentation for mechanical systems.
• Conduct design reviews and present design concepts to stakeholders.

Analysis & Testing:
• Perform simulations and analyses (e.g., stress, thermal) to validate designs.
• Collaborate with the testing team to conduct prototype testing and evaluate performance.

Project Management:
• Assist in project planning, timeline development, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project schedules.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and procurement teams to ensure designs are feasible and cost effective.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and interns.

Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for design optimization and cost reduction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; experience with other CAD software is a plus.

Skills:
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; experience with other CAD software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
