Position :- Sales Manager

Product :- Salaried Personal Loans

(DSA Vertical / TEAM HANDLING)

(Open Market + Team + DSA)

Locations:- Nagpur ,Bhandara, Wardha, Yavatmal, Akola, Amravati

(Preference given to local candidate)

CTC :- Max offer can go up to 6.00 LPA.

Graduation :- Gradation is mandatory

Experience :- 2 -7 years in core Sales having a background of Salaried Personal Loans is compulsory. Should have current experience in Salaried Personal Loans Segment.

"Candidates from same background will be preferred"

Desired Profile :-
• Should have minimum 2 -7 years of experience in Salaried Personal Loan with team management abilities.
• Should able to develop the business in targeted area with the use of skills, strategies and experience.
• Should able for recruitments as per the requirement & able to provide training.
• Should have good knowledge of Credit & Process.
• Should have experience or knowledge about Loan products such as. Salaried Personal loan, Personal Loan, Unsecured loans , DSA / DST Channel etc.

KRA :-
• Business Planning & development i.e.Tie-up with Connectors, DSAs etc.
• Maintaining the Profitability of Business, Achievement of the Business Targets.
• Maintains the relationship with our clients, Connectors and DSAs.
• Training to Manpower.
