Job description
Candidate have Experience in Embroidery design will given preference:-

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work towards the company’s goal and help achieve them

• Study and understand clients and their requirements and work accordingly

• Creating and developing new designs for the new collections

• Communicating and completing daily assigned tasks.

For new collection

Company’s new collection for the season

• Brainstorming ideas

• Coming up with a mood board as a team

• Working according to the decided themes and ideas.

• Following current trends

• Drawing Croquis and new embroidery patterns

• Getting it approved and developing swatch samples

• Keeping existing designs and clients likes and dislikes in mind.

Client’s new developments

• Inspiration along with clients’ custom requirements are sent.

• Design an artwork and sample swatch accordingly and send them for approval via email.

• Once the design is approved, it goes into production.

Client repeat orders

• These refer to existing designs ordered again with a couple of custom changes by the client

• The original copy is traced and the necessary changes have to be made.

• Once the client approves the artwork, it goes in for production

Experience :-2 to 3 Years
