Qualifications
High school diploma, trade school, or equivalent
At least two years of experience in automotive, truck, or bus repair
Mechanical aptitude is a must
Valid CT driver’s license
Eligibility for a CDL license
Willingness to work toward ASE certifications
Physical strength to perform required tasks safely

Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled service inspections on a diverse range of vehicles
Diagnostic & Repair: Utilize your expertise to diagnose issues and make repairs
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repair orders and parts usage
Roadside Assistance: Be prepared to make road calls when necessary
Tool Management: Own and maintain the essential hand tools for your tasks
Team Collaboration: Work under the guidance of the shop foreman or other supervisors
