Sr. UX Designer

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
• Master’s degree in Design (preferably from leading institutes like IDC-IITB, IITK, CPDM-IISC, NID, IITG, IITD, MIT-Pune etc.) related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 7-8 years of experience in UX Design (with at least 3 years in a product company)
• A design portfolio demonstrating design principles for enterprise software or self-serve web-platforms

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience working on AdTech or MarTech product
• Experience using UX tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
• Experience in working on complex web products like enterprise software or self-serve web-platforms
• A strongly strategic and creative approach and an ability to turn ideas into richly functional and visually slick prototypes
• Successful track record in working across organizational boundaries and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery

Responsibilities
• Lead the design team and fulfil all the design requirements following the design process.
• Partner with Team-leads, Product Managers, Business Team, Engineering Team and Design Team to drive features from research to implementation and roadmap capabilities for UX features
• Leverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs and strategy
• Bridge business stakeholders, the customer, and the product experience by building consensus across organizational boundaries
• Perform regular audits on existing platform features and upcoming releasing features to find scope of improvements
• Facilitate and implement UX design
