Corporate Attorney - Mid to Senior Level

The Merker Group is working with an Am Law 100 firm to find a mid to senior-level attorney with strong corporate experience. This attorney may work remotely, but must reside in Florida and have an active Florida license.

This firm pays very competitively and has a reasonable billable hour requirement. We do a significant amount of work placing attorneys into this firm and we have received very positive feedback over the years.

Required Experience
• 3 to 8 years of general corporate experience.
• Specific experience should include Middle Market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate equity and debt financing, including seed financing and venture capital transactions involving emerging and growth stage companies.
• Prior Am Law 100 or 200 firm experience.
• J.D. and excellent academic credentials.
• Limited career moves.
• Florida Bar license.
