Job Description: Painter & Decorator Working Supervisor

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced painter to join our team and contribute to the redecoration of our sites. Must have supervisor experiece.

Key Responsibilities:
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of painting tools and equipment.
• Adherence to Safety Guidelines: Strictly follow all safety protocols and regulations, including those related to working at heights and using powered access equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to work effectively from a scissor lift or other powered access equipment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• A valid UK driving license is preferred.
• Proven supervisor experience.

Desired Skills:
• Experience in working on commercial or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to painting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
