Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation:
• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.

Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address those needs.
• Manage client accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting And Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in [hospitality sector].
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present compelling solutions.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with sales analytics tools is advantageous.
