Job Description: Senior Scrum Lead / Project ManagerLocation:Remote (PST Time Zone availability required)Duration:6+ Months (Contract)Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Lead / Project Manager with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on project management. The candidate will lead Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders, manage backlogs, and ensure efficient project delivery.Responsibilities:
• - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• - Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts to prioritize and manage backlogs.
• - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• - Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
• - Mentor teams to adopt Agile practices and optimize performance.
Requirements:
• -10+ yearsof experience as a Scrum Lead/Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• - Proven expertise in backlog management and stakeholder collaboration.
• - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management software.
• - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• - Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Required Qualifications:
• - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• - Experience in a remote team setting.
• - Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps.
