Position: HR Recruiter – Title Industry

Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 INR (in-hand)

Job Overview:

SHOBI Group is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter (3-5 years of experience) to join our team in Bangalore. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for various roles, especially within the Title Industry, which involves services related to property ownership, title searches, insurance, and property title transfers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Acquisition:
• Source and screen candidates for positions within the title industry and related fields.
• Use job boards, social media, and referrals to find top talent.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
• Job Postings & Descriptions:
• Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Candidate Engagement:
• Build relationships with candidates and provide regular updates.
• Assist in offer negotiations and manage on-boarding processes.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment progress.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Collaboration:
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing requirements.
• Support additional HR activities as needed.

Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.

Compensation:
• In-hand Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Preferred Location:
• Candidates based in Bangalore are preferred due to the need for regular office presence.
