Responsibilities

Handle contract management tasks including invoicing and monitoring

Use ERP and eProcurement systems to streamline procurement activities

Leverage data mining techniques to analyze and optimize procurement processes

Utilize CRM tools to manage customer inquiries and maintain customer records

Apply the use of 'About Time' software for effective time management

Participate in buying processes ensuring adherence to budget processes

Uphold compliance standards across all procurement activities

Deliver high-quality customer service to all stakeholders

Familiarity with eProcurement tools and systems for efficient online procurement activities

Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for integrated business process management

Experience with 'About Time' software for effective time tracking and management

Understanding of Budget Processes for efficient allocation and management of procurement funds

Knowledge of Buying Processes to ensure smooth procurement operations

Compliance knowledge to ensure all procurement activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations

Construction Experience Required

Strong Customer Service skills for effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
