About the Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our HR team as interns. This 6-month internship is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain practical experience in various HR functions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and employee records.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Contribute to HR operations such as drafting documents and managing HR tools.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle routine HR queries and provide timely resolutions.

Who Can Apply
• Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
