Business Analyst - Cybersecurity & Firewalls
Shift timing – 2pm to 11pm IST
Experience: 8+ years
Location - Remote
strong Business Analyst who has some firewall experience, does not need to be specifically Akamai but someone that has domain knowledge and worked on projects gathering security/firewall requirements and deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on cybersecurity, security infrastructure, and/or firewall technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and threat management solutions.
• Experience working with security tools and solutions such as Fortinet, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and Akamai (or similar firewall and security solutions).
• Familiarity with network security, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Understanding of security frameworks, industry standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, GDPR).
• Experience with cybersecurity reporting, risk assessment, and security audits.

Job Title: Data Curation Engineer
Note: the profile needs to be vetted for strong SQL and very good hands on databricks experience
Role Overview: This role will be responsible for developing high-quality, certified, and curated data in the Databricks platform employing complex analytical modeling.
This role requires a deep understanding of:
● Database modeling
● ETL/ELT
● Data aggregation
● Data curation design and development
● Certified data models and single sources of truth
● Data quality
About the role:
● Develop high-quality, curated data products including tables, schemas, and aggregates via SQL/SparkSQL
● Understand data product requirements and liaise with Technical Data Stewards and business end-users to ensure alignment to business need
● Ensure data products meet curation specifications, guidelines, governance standards, and business requirements in tandem with Lakehouse medallion architecture
● Experience with data catalogs such as Unity and Collibra
● Follow Agile sprint methodology
● Implement change requests to production data curations
● Ensure effective documentation and cataloging of data products
● Ensure clear handoffs of data products to technical stewards
● About you:
● Hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, or related field
● Bring 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, and ETL/ELT
