Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst and Quality Analyst. The role includes conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and improving business processes, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The Business Analyst and Quality Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and contribute to the overall success of projects.

Qualifications
• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis or quality assurance are a plus.

Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Financial or Asset Management industry
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Experienced in testing of the following application domains : Front-end, Back-end, API and/or mobile
• Independently prepare test Script based on Functional design
• Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
