Job Summary:
Alakmalak Technologies was founded in the year 2006, which specializes in web development, website design, eCommerce development, Web Application, Custom Development, flash, and SEO. We are a client Base of 2000+ websites from more than 20 Countries.
We are urgently hiring for the role of PHP Team Lead with min 2 years to max 5 years of experience in PHP. A candidate who has relevant experience should apply this to the job! Will not entertain irrelevant candidates. We preferred immediate joiners! We are offering work from home but in the next 2-3 months we start working from the office, at that time candidate must start working from the office.
PHP Team Lead is responsible for executing the whole project from the design phase to the deploy phase on time, with quality, with complete client satisfaction as per the promised scope.
Responsibility Deliverable:
• Understanding the business requirement of the client, from the scope of work, and do a kick-off meeting with the internal team before starting the project. Provide clarity on any particular task to the developer before and during the project.
• Follow the Agile method of development, that is dividing the project into multiple tasks and assign a task to the developer based on their experience and competence.
• Prepare Estimated Task Sheet ( ETS ) for every Task vice
• Give instruction to the developer before starting the task if required, troubleshoot any issue, that the developer has, and report any events that are not in our culture.
• Encourage team members or motivate them periodically so that they can give their best.
• New requirement analysis and time estimation asked to aid the Sales / Marketing Team.
Qualification and Skill
Any graduate can apply for this post but relevant experience is a must.
Laravel Experience is a must.
B.E./B.Tech in C.E./IT preferred

Job Purpose:
The Fraud Management System Engineer will be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing various highly scalable and robust applications.
