Quality Inspector

The CMM Inspector is responsible for inspect using CMM and variety of other instruments to maintain quality.

1. Key Responsibilities:

· Set up and verification of measuring instruments issuing to production and other departments.

· Inspect using CMM and variety of other instruments

· MIS Reporting

· Raise Non-Conformance report, concession, and deviation report for those material out of tolerance and quality acceptance standard

· Support of final inspections and documents for tools deliveries

· Monitor and managing calibration system, (Instruments master list)

· Identify and Scheduling of measuring instruments for calibrations

· Identify inspection equipment needs

· Follow the inspection procedure and inspection plans

· Monitor and review rejection per week

· Handling Customer Complaints

· Identify improvements on housekeeping standards thru 5S techniques and audits.

· Create and Analyze Monthly rejection report

· Support in internal quality audits for improvement and development of Quality Management System (QMS)
