6)Edu: Any graduate (MBA HR would be preferred)
7) Job Description :

1 Recruitment, Hiring process

2 Employee on boarding process

3 Attendance Keeping

4 Payroll Processing, PF, ESIC, PT

5 Leave management system

6 Employee welfare activities

7 Expense verification & Reimbursement

+ HR policy implementation

10 To draft and issue different letters such as offer letter, appointment letter,

relieving letter, Experience certificate.
• Job Specification:
• Good in communication (Preferred if studied throughout English Medium)
• PC literacy (MS Office in particular)
• Good Problem- Solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Labour laws.
• Good at documentation.
• Presentable Knowledge of HR Systems and databases

Excellent active listening/negotiation/organizational skills
