Audio Transcriber

We are working for market research companies on number of projects. We are seeking for transcriptionist to join our growing company. We provide audio/ video files of all languages. We need people who can transcriber the type the contents into digital documents or convert them into text format. The ideal candidate should have excellent listening and typing skills as well as be a self-starter.

Transcriptionist Responsibilities
• Attentively listen to audio recordings or videos, meticulously transcribing spoken content into written form.
• Thoroughly review and proofread transcriptions, ensuring precision and consistency in the written output.
• Ensure transcriptions adhere to specific formatting guidelines and incorporate industry-specific terminology appropriately.
• Conduct research and fact-check information as needed to guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize workload, meeting deadlines for the timely submission of completed transcriptions.
• Stay abreast of industry-specific terminology and concepts, thereby ensuring the accuracy and quality of transcriptions.
• Effectively utilize transcription software and tools to enhance productivity and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Transcriptionist Required Skills
• Excellent listening skills to accurately transcribe spoken content.
• Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Strong attention to detail to identify and correct errors in transcribed documents.
• Good command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Ability to research and fact-check information as required.
• Proficiency in using transcription software, tools, and equipment.
• Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients or team members.
• Ability to handle technical terminology and jargon specific to the industry.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle different accents, dialects, and speech patterns.

We need a 100% accurate translation.

A person with excellent command in English language with good speed in tying.

We will provide a simple formatting guideline.

Typing speed of at least 60-80 words per minute.

Remote work : WFH

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
