Position: HVAC Service Technician

Pay Scale: Up to $38.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)

Overview:
• Service and maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
• Customer Service
• Consulting with customers on repair decisions
• Educating customers on indoor air quality options

Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience assisting customers in repair and replacement decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• Willingness to acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment (We will assist with helping you receive this certification)
• Knowledge of airflow, air balancing principles, and techniques
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Possess hand tools and drills - desired
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School - desired

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
