JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation: In Home Caregiver for Old-age Home

Experience: 15 – 25 years

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent

Preference: Retired from Forces

Salary: CTC 50K to 60K pm also Salary for right candidate is not a constraint.

Location: Pocket C1, Sector 2, Palam Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana 122017

Duties and key responsibilities

An in Home Caregiver in an old age home has many responsibilities, including:

· Daily tasks: Assisting with daily activities, such as grooming, hygiene, and eating meals

· Medical care: Monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and helping with appointments

· Physical care: Helping with mobility, physical therapy, and light exercise

· Companionship: Providing emotional support and conversation

· Household tasks: Helping with cleaning, laundry, and other chores

· Advocacy: Communicating the resident's needs to family and medical professionals

· Self-care: Prioritizing self-care and asking for help when needed

· Safety: Ensuring the building is safe and orderly, and following proper procedures in emergencies

· Maintenance: Performing minor repairs and maintenance, and ensuring heating, lighting, and alarm systems are working

· Building management: Opening and closing the building, and checking that doors and windows are locked

Caretakers should also be respectful, compassionate, and have good communication and time management skills.
