Opening for a Business Development Consultant for a corporate training company

Mode: Work from Home , Location: Pune

Experience: 3+ years in business development department (freshers or marketing people from other background please dont apply, we need marketing person from corporate training background only)

Job Responsibilities:

Identify trends, target audiences, and generate leads via networking and cold calling.
Develop and execute sales strategies, deliver presentations, and secure contracts.
Onboard clients, provide support, and gather feedback for repeat business.
Set goals, track progress, and create tailored proposals.
Work with training teams to customize solutions and collaborate with marketing to boost brand presence.
Salary : Profit Sharing (no salary criteria, more the business you generate, higher the salary you earn, Flexible salary)
