Warehouse and Delivery Helper

Not your average warehouse position! NO Forklift use, NO palletizing, NO quotas or LMS, NO 2nd or 3rd shifts

We are seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Helper to assist in the efficient and timely installation and delivery of household appliances to customers. The ideal candidate will support the delivery driver in various tasks to ensure a smooth delivery process. The desires of this candidate will be to work with an award winning company, be part of a team and the ability to succeed.
• Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading appliances onto the delivery vehicle maintaining a low percentage of merchandise and or property damage.
• Navigate delivery routes efficiently and safely using company software
• Install and hookup household appliances per company policy, abiding by all state and local code requirements
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery.
• Maintain safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers
• Assist in warehouse tasks to include unpacking and staging products for delivery next day.
• Maintain general housekeeping in warehouse

## Qualifications

Must be able to crawl, climb, bend, and squat. Will work/walk on uneven surfaces and must be comfortable working in hot, cold, and closed environments. Must be able to lift and transfer 70 pounds on a regular basis
-- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
-- Prior experience in moving or delivery roles is advantageous -- Must have a consistent work history and be able to pass a backgound check.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.11 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
