Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Ensure top-level customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate product information.
Sales Performance: Contribute to the achievement of store targets by meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and promoting products effectively.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain an outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards by adhering to company guidelines, restocking shelves, and ensuring displays are well-presented.
Stock Activities: Assist with stock activities, including deliveries, stock maintenance, and inventory management, to ensure seamless operations.
E-commerce Orders: Process e-commerce marketplace orders accurately and efficiently, following instructions from the Store Manager and ensuring timely delivery.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information, including new shipments, features, and benefits, to provide expert advice to customers.
Company Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and uniform guidelines, to maintain a professional image.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
IT Skills: Be proficient in basic IT skills, including Excel and Word, to support administrative tasks.
Adaptability: Demonstrate ability to adapt to the work environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Crm Skills: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (Crm) tools to maintain accurate customer data and enhance customer relationships.
Inventory Knowledge: Possess deep knowledge of products and inventory, including stock levels, pricing, and availability.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
