The Role of the Style Advisor
As a Style Advisor, you will be responsible for creating and cultivating a culture of trust and community with our clients. Your key objectives will include building long-standing relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, exceeding commercial targets, and adhering to operational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience: Inspire confidence in customers and colleagues through exceptional service delivery.
Commercial: Drive sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by staying up-to-date with trends and confidently advising customers on our products.
Operational: Follow operational and Back-of-House procedures to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A proven track record of building a loyal client base and providing personalized shopping experiences.
Experience working in an Omnichannel environment, utilizing digital systems and tools.
