In order to support the hotel's continuing success and to provide outstanding service to customers, a Kitchen Helper's primary responsibility is to prepare food items according to established standards and recipes with precision.

What will I be doing?

To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, you must have a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene and ensure that all food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils are always sanitized, clean, and safe to use:
• Cook the food items in accordance with the prescribed recipes and maintain high quality standards
• Food sanitation requirements must be met to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and pathogens
• Be proactive in addressing any potential issues or concerns that guests may have, taking swift action to resolve any problems that arise
• Acquaint yourself with the variety of food options and ingredients available to ensure that you make informed choices
• Ensure food stations meet the required food safety
