Salary: $21-$24 / HR DOE

The Robert B. Balter Company, located in Owings Mills, MD, is seeking to hire full-time Driller Helpers. Experience is a plus but not mandatory as training will be provided for individuals with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with mud rotary, HSA borings, SPT, Coring, and Monitoring Wells.
- Work outdoors in all seasons.
- Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
- Work around drill rigs and assist in geotechnical tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug-free workplace.

Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors without physical limitations.
- Mechanical background or experience with construction equipment is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Flexibility with work hours to accommodate restricted schedules.
- Ability to travel periodically.
- Willingness to work overtime when available.

Opportunities:
