Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to monitor and strengthen reliability for products impacting the customer journey while placing orders. Automate manual processes into workflows and reduce the toil for the Team.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Writing workflows with programming languages such as Python, Core Java
• Adept in Monitoring tools like Grafana and logging tools like ELK Kibana
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Monitoring the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Creating tools that enhance the user’s experience
• Build monitoring dashboards for applications
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
• Ability to program (structured and OOP) using one or more high-level languages, such as Python, Core Java
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• 2 years of experience in software development or a related field.
• 1 year of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) in Agile style.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 2 years of IT experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization.
• 1-2 years of experience working in software development or a related field.
• 1-3years of experience with technical documentation in a software development environment.
• Experience with application and integration middleware.
• Experience with cloud technologies (GCP).
• Experience in Retail/e-Commerce industry.
• Familiarity with Kafka security and best practices.
