GridWork IT, a brand of Salesine Technologies Pvt Ltd, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a learning-focused internship that offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

What You’ll Learn:

???? Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, from posting job ads to interview scheduling.

???? Support the onboarding process, including documentation and orientation coordination.

???? Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports.

???? Participate in employee engagement activities and events.

???? Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

???? Gain experience in performance management and contribute to HR projects.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills.

✔️ Discretion in handling confidential information.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

✔️ A proactive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn.
