Staff Registered Nurse

Title: Registered Nurse (Free Housing and Relocation)

Location: Dexter, MO

Salary/Pay Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + $5,000 sign-on bonus, including relocation assistance with 30 days of free housing, benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, 401k, paid holidays, professional development), and shift differentials.

Schedule: Shift differentials for evening and night shifts.

Required Skills
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Licensed RN in Missouri (or willing to obtain)
• Minimum one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care
• Strong clinical skills and decision-making
• Empathy and compassion for patients and families
• Passion for quality care
