Recruitment Specialist

CCH Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Specialist.This is a talent acquisition role, so you will use a variety of tools and resources to find suitable candidates, track their progress with our applicant tracking system, and assist with onboarding management after hiring. You will work with several facilities to develop qualifications for the role and create a talent pool for each hiring team to interview.Duties and Responsibilities

Work with NC Facilities to ensure accuracy of the staffAttend job fairs, schools to locate nursing talentPost ads on job boards and social media outletsSource for the facilities with interview set upGuide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our databaseAssist with the onboarding processVisit on site to understand and build upon the culture of the facility with in Central NCRetention activities for facilities for enhance employee moraleRequirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in an HR fieldHR or recruitment experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with software in ATS (Apploi, Icmis, healthcare base)
