Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases from inception to resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff.
• Maintain a fair billable hour goal.

Qualifications:
• Must be barred in California.
• Experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy law (years of experience can vary).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
