The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities
• Will have to Manage IP video surveillance and its components on site.
• Will have to take care of the enterprise grade video Management software - Genetec.
• Will have to take care of configuration Network switches and storage and its complete configuration.
• Will have to take care of Video management servers and workstations.

Qualifications
• 3+ years' of technical support experience in Camera Security solution, Network connectivity and servers.
• graduate BCA/ECE/IT/Computer, CCNA shall be preferred
• Must know basics of SQL server
• Customer service oriented
• Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills.
• must be quick learner and a multi Tasker.
• must be innovative in sharing new ideas for growth of the company.

• Candidate must have his own vehicle to commute
