Role: Lead – Resolver

As the lead resolver you will lead and execute different projects and bring your ResolveIt attitude everyday at work! You get the opportunity of working directly with the founder. YCM is India’s pioneer organisation to build life skills and provide services for dispute prevention to dispute resolution for all. Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the Founder directly in her day-to-day tasks and work (including mediation)
• Assist YCM with its chapters and collaborations across institutes in India and abroad
• Assist in YCM’s training programs and impact analysis
• Assist the Founder in networking and communicating with national and international stakeholders (internal and external experts in the field)
• Assist in mediation and work with startups, universities, and NGOs to provide culture-building and conflict management services
• Lead and supervise other team members, trainees, and interns
• Standardise processes, optimise work procedures and build a reflection culture at YCM
• Innovate, supervise and execute projects end to end for high performance and meeting goals
• Identify new talent as and when required to expand the YCM team and supervise them
• Strategize with the Founder to find growth opportunities for YCM and fill in the gaps through innovative thinking
• As a Growth All-Rounder, you will act as a lead, supervise, and fill the gap in the running of different teams at YCM as and when instructed by the Founder. You will do this for other groups/departments at YCM on a rolling basis to ensure that growth targets are met.

Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills
• Graduate from a reputable university
• Experience in Negotiation or Mediation or Dispute Resolution (through previous work or trainings or courses or competitions)
• Highly organised and structured with attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Out of box thinking and problem-solving attitude
• Superb with time management and stakeholder management

Location: Remote

Who can Apply
• 1-4 years of professional qualification experience
• Passionate to gain an entrepreneurial mindset and being mentored by YCM Team
• Can commit for a minimum term of 2 years

Salary: INR 35,000 to INR 60,000 (on the basis of your experience).
