The Food Prep is responsible for the preparation of foods according to the standardized recipes; and production methods; Ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation; service and storage and daily quality control checks; Works multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste; temperature and presentation; Trains and orients selected staff on food production and safety and sanitation practices; Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
