Our client, is a national leader in the continuous manufacturing of PSM regulated chemicals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Manufacturing Leader located in the Greater Richmond Region, VA. The Manufacturing Leader will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, of a 500+ production team, ensure production goals are met, manage a team of production staff, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Business Administration
• Prior experience in a manufacturing leadership role
